My Passion

I am passionate about being a translator because it allows me to bridge language barriers, explore different cultures, engage with diverse literature, exercise creativity, and make a meaningful impact on individuals and communities through communication and cultural exchange.

I am constantly honored to have the privilege of working with talented authors from different countries and cultural backgrounds. Translating their works with English as an intermediary language, can be challenging, but it's a task I truly enjoy. Each book I work on enriches my own learning journey, and I am excited to share my experiments with my young readers in my native language.

In 2021 and 2022, I am thrilled and honored to co-lead a workshop alongside Helen Wang at the Festival of Chinese Translation, hosted by the prestigious Confucius Institute at the University of Aberdeen, in collaboration with Paper Republic.
